We began Landmark Horticultural Management as a small family owned landscape construction business decades ago, and take a personalized approach to each project. Mark is often on-site working alongside his skilled staff and also with you the homeowner to complete the project. Now, as Landmark Dock, we use only the best available galvanized steel marine floating dock hardware, and custom made powder coated steel pole dock brackets sourced from our various contacts in the industry, and Permafloat float drums made here in the USA. We surface our docks with ‘premium select’ grade pressure treated lumber or industry leading PVC decking. From simple town building and wetland permits/ waivers, to complicated NYSDEC wetland permits we are experienced in every aspect of the process.

We hired Landmark Horticultural to do the last major work on our property, the demolition & rebuild of our old 220-ft long boardwalk and dock.
